Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WINC website and online services and set out the basis on which information is provided and programmes are accessed. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to comply with all applicable terms, policies, and any programme-specific regulations communicated to you.

Academic information, programme descriptions, fees, and schedules are published in good faith and are subject to review and change; WINC reserves the right to modify or withdraw courses, revise entry requirements, adjust fees, or amend delivery methods where necessary. In such cases, reasonable efforts are made to inform affected students and to minimise disruption.

Enrolment in a programme is subject to meeting entry criteria, acceptance of an offer, and completion of any required documentation and payments. Students are responsible for providing accurate information during application and for updating WINC promptly if personal or contact details change.

Use of the website must be lawful and respectful; users may not attempt to disrupt the Service, gain unauthorised access to systems, or misuse content or intellectual property made available through the platform. All course materials, branding, and digital content remain the property of WINC or its partners and may only be used for personal educational purposes.

Students are expected to comply with academic integrity standards, including avoiding plagiarism, cheating, or any form of misconduct in assessments and examinations. Breaches of academic conduct may result in sanctions which can include failing assessments, suspension, or termination of enrolment, according to institutional procedures.

Payment terms, refund rules, and any instalment arrangements are defined in programme-specific documentation and communications. Typically, once a programme has commenced and learning materials or access have been provided, eligibility for refunds may be limited, and students are advised to review financial obligations carefully before confirming enrolment.

WINC is not liable for delays, interruptions, or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, regulatory changes, or major technical failures. In such circumstances, WINC will seek practical alternatives to continue or reschedule delivery, but some adjustments to timing or format may be unavoidable.

Any disputes arising out of the use of the website or participation in programmes will be handled under the governing law and jurisdiction applicable to WINC as stated in the full Terms & Conditions. Users are encouraged to raise concerns with the college in the first instance so that they can be addressed informally wherever possible.
