The Level 4 Extended Diploma in Management for Health and Social Care is a 120 credit Ofqual regulated qualification and is the equivalent level to the 1st year of a Bachelor’s degree.
This qualification has been designed for learners who are seeking to progress to university to take a Bachelor’s degree course in an area of management within the healthcare sector. It is also designed to have exit points so that an alternative qualification can be gained or if an individual is not certain of their commitment to the 120 credit course they can leave with less credits and still achieve a recognised qualification.
