Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Carel

The Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is a 60 credit qualification. It is equivalent in size and level to an A level or an Access to HE qualification.

It has been designed for learners who wish to progress to a healthcare degree but may not have the traditional entry qualifications usually required.

The qualification provides learners with an introduction to the health and social care sector as well as key academic, research and communication skills to support learners in their development.

Entry Requirements

We would consider standard entry criteria as anyone above the age of 18 holding:

  • 5 or more GCSEs at grades C and above, including English and Maths
  • Or a relavent level 2 qualifications
  • Or equivalent international qualifications
  • Or work experience

Each application will be reviewed on merit and applications which do not fall into the criteria listed above, may still be considered.
